Honey & Worcestershire Rub

Designed to enrich the natural flavors of beef, this rub combines herbs, garlic, onion, honey and worcestershire. The honey complements the natural sweet and sour flavor of the worcestershire, while the worcestershire adds a rich complexity to the beef. 

Original Sweet N' Spicy rub

This rub is designed to penetrate the meat on a deep level, enhancing the meat's natural flavors and making it "melt in your mouth tender." I use only the highest quality ingredients, no fillers, and a whole lotta love. 


Black garlic & Shallot Rub

Black garlic is fermented American garlic with a complex and rich flavor. It is the perfect combination of sweet and savory with tangy garlic undertones. Shallots are preferred by most chefs because they are naturally sweeter than regular onion, so they replace the need for sugar and provide a nice contrasting flavor to the herbs. This blend works best on poultry, whitefish, and some shellfish. 


Smoky Citrus & Habanero Rub

Citrus and spice makes everything nice! Nothing pairs better than lime and habanero. This dry rub has just a hint of smoke flavor to give you that bbq feel without being a bbq rub and the perfect balance of citrus with orange peel, lime juice, and habanero (the king of spicy peppers). Definitely one of my favorite rubs to use.
