1 pound heirloom tomatoes, sliced

½ small red onion, thinly sliced

1 each persian or hothouse cucumber, 1/4'd & thinly sliced

5 oz country bread, 1/2 inch diced

1 each burrata cheese

2 tsp basil, chopped

5 each black olives, whole pitted

3 Tbls olive oil

1½ Tbls white wine vinegar

1½ Tbls white vinegar

as needed salt

as needed fresh cracked black pepper


  •  In a mixing bowl, add all the vegetables, basil & bread.

  • Add the olive oil & the vinegars. Season with salt & pepper.

  • Toss the salad until the bread soaks up the juices from the vegetables & the dressing.

  • Let sit for 10 mins & serve with burrata.
